This is David Harrison, owner of Dalguise Wood, to the north of Dunkeld. David recently left his employment at the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, and his workmates presented him with this little oak tree, which he planted out in his wood today. The tree has a temporary wire guard, which will be replaced with a proper tube in due course. Dalguise is a wonderful little wood, and is an amcient woodland site. Hopefully this little tree will do well.
